How often is the accountability coaching provided?

The coaching is provided daily, 7 days a week. Each day your coach will review your progress and give you feedback, encouragement and advice to help you accelerate towards your targets. This takes place through the streamlined app, which has a chat interface as well as section for each day, covering submitted results, comments (including optional images) and coach replies, as well as monthly target setting.

Who will be coaching me?

All of our GoalsWon coaches are trained, experienced professionals and we support all timezones and cover all days of the week. We assign the coach we believe will best suit your background and they will start with you within 24 hours, and stay with you for the long term. If you wish to change coaches for any reason you can request so at any time and we're happy to make it happen.

Does this replace a medical professional?

In short, no.

Our coaches are accountability coaching experts and will help you stick to your goals, whatever area you are focusing on. That is to say, we help support the work of any (mental) health professionals rather than replacing them.
