Our service requires submission of personally identifiable information including contact, profile information, username, password, and sensitive information. Users must share goals, progress, setbacks, and related personal information to access full features.

Your personal information is not shared to anyone beyond the Goals Won Pty Ltd team and any contracted parties, and if you optionally set it, your nominated external supporter.
Contracted organizations receive only necessary information and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Data is never sold to third parties.

Anonymized usage and website information may be sent to third party analytics and advertising services, to help improve the service (for example to fix bugs or improve audience retention). This excludes personal communications between clients and coaches.

Non-personally identifiable information collected includes browser type, operating system, pages viewed, access times, and referring website address. This data supports gauging traffic trends and personalizing content.
Children
No child under the age of 16 may use our services. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors under the legal age in the jurisdiction of access.

Only meta information for billing and reporting is shared; account contents remain confidential.
